Nevada breast implant claimants drop suit against parent company Dow Chemical March 19, clearing the way for Dow Corning to complete bankruptcy proceedings. Administrators of the firm's $2.35 bil. silicone gel-filled breast implant liability settlement fund will begin processing claims, releasing checks to claimants by June 15. Dow Corning filed for bankruptcy in 1995.
