Creating what Deutsche Bank analysts say will be the top OTC business in the world, GlaxoSmithKline PLC and Novartis AG formed a consumer health joint venture. Ownership will be split 63.5% GSK/36.5% Novartis, with the JV operating under GSK’s GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare division.
